Our Mission
The Cincinnati Horticultural Society (CHS) is a non-profit, 501 (c) (3) organization established in 1989 to produce
world-class horticultural exhibitions that are a benchmark for excellence. The CHS educates, entertains and inspires
a broad range of national and international audiences. Among the Society’s long range goals are to produce exceptional
educational opportunities and to benefit organizations that promote the quality of life thru horticulture.
Projects
The CHS is the producer of Cincinnati’s most unique and acclaimed public events. In addition to the internationally
heralded Cincinnati Flower Show, the CHS produces the fall Flower & Farm Fest.

Friends of the CHS
The Cincinnati Horticultural Society (CHS), producer of The Cincinnati Flower Show, needs your help to continue to carry out its mission:
to produce exceptional educational opportunities that improve the quality of life through horticulture in the Greater Cincinnati area.
Though the mission remains the same, we are planning some major changes for the future in order to ensure that we will be able to fulfill
our mission in the coming years.

Philanthropic Contributions & Programs
The Horticultural Society has contributed more than $400,000 to worthy causes and key community projects
over the last decade. Among the beneficiaries are the YWCA Battered Women's Shelter Gardens and Cincinnati
Children's Hospital Medical Center Respite Gardens.
